Noone's Watching

"Look at me! Look at me!" I cry out!

I understand that noone reads this blog, and most likely those that do hurry to leave so they can vomit. But I want to continue to add posts and resources and as much help as I can so that if anyone does come here, they might find something useful. Who knows, my blog might even become popular and everyone will start coming to it!

Wow! Look, a Forum!

I am currently trying to add a forum to the Pool of Knowledge. I just want an easy to use free one that I can link to and visiters to the Pool of Knowledge will have to sign up in order to post. When I have got all the kinks out of everything, I envisage the forum being used for many things;
General chit-chat

Get help with homework

Share resources

Share links

Discuss Universities and work options

and hopefully a teacher might come along and give us a hand or two!

But until that day when I get the forum up and going it's just going to have to wait.

Search changes

The Pool of Knowledge was getting a little crowded so I have moved some things around. To search the web use the search box on the left of the page. The search box contains a link to Technorati search where you can search this blog and many others. I have recently added an Answers.com search bar so you can find answers to just about anything, and finally a good old fasioned Google search bar can be found at the bottom of the blog.

When I was reading one of my favourite blog, ForeverGeek, I came across a link to a PC World article title "30 Things You Never Knew You Could do on the Internet".
It was pretty interesting, especially the part about this nifty little site, Answers.com. Answers.com claims to give answers not links. So, just like you would with Google, you type something into the search engine, say Howard Hughes, and a page of 'answers' are displayed. The information is linked for numerous other websites (such as Wikipedia) and universities.
So from one website, you are given a vast amount of information about your search topic. Having searched Howard Hughes, I now know a lot more than I once did about the man. With a wealth of information and media, and nifty downloads, this site is a must see!
